- Our Returns policy is not intended to affect your statutory rights.
- We will replace any product that is faulty, as part of your statutory rights or under our Two year guarantee
- We will replace any product that is not as you ordered as long as it is unused, in its original packaging and we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- For items returned and/or replaced under clauses 2 & 3 of this policy Barka Parka will meet the cost of postage in both directions once your claim has been verified.
As a general principle we do not accept returns for the following reasons.
- All our beds are made to order for each customer and it is unlikely that another customer will order the
same colours thus they are not re-sellable.
- We do not warrant the colours as represented on your device are accurate but equally we do offer
a fabric swatch pack at no cost if accurate colour matching is an issue for you.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this web site.
However, because the colours you see will depend on your device, we cannot guarantee that your device’s
display of any colour will be accurate.
- Colour selection is not something over which we have any control and so we cannot accept responsibility for a change of mind.
- Beds that have been used, even for a short time, can only be returned if they are faulty as described in clause 2 of this policy.
- Whilst we make every effort to provide your pet with a comfortable, high quality bed of the correct size we cannot guarantee that your pet will use the bed, though the vast majority do. In the unlikely event that your pet is not using their bed we ask that you contact us as in most cases there are identifiable reasons for this and we can usually help.
